If you haven’t yet figured out a go-to recipe for brussels sprouts, this simple dish is the answer. It results in sweet, caramelized Brussels sprouts that will make a believer out of anyone.
Ingredients
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 pounds Brussels Sprouts trimmed and halved lengthwise
1 Tablespoon sea salt
2 Tablespoon ground pepper
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice with Zest
4 Tablespoons of Fresh Ground Parmesan Cheese
5 Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high.
Add Brussel sprouts, tomatoes, season with salt & pepper, and cook, stirring frequently, until caramelized, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add 1/3 cup coconut water and cook until evaporated, about 1 minutes.
Add lemon juice, zest & parmesan toss to coat.
Serve immediately!
