Turkey Lettuce Wrap

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped (optional)
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated


  • In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. 
  • Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the turkey mixture and stir to combine.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the green onions and cilantro. 
  • Spoon the turkey mixture into lettuce leaves, sprinkle with peanuts if desired, and enjoy!
