  1. Work stress is common in the workplaces. Performance expectations, job insecurity, work pressure, long work hours, conflicts, work deadlines, family, and long commuting journeys are some of the leading situations and origins of Stress that affect both mental and physical health of among employees. I agree with Dr. Nicole that we have little or no control over stress factors, but self-care practice can be the best option to overcome or reduce stress.
